Ingredients
- 2 Fresh red chilies
- 3 Large tomatoes
- 4 Spring onions, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander, handful
- 1 tblsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tblsp Lime juice
- Salt to taste
Method
Split the chilies and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Rinse and thinly slice. Peel the tomatoes, half and remove the seeds. Slice and lightly mix with the other ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. |
