Tomato Salad PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh red chilies
  • 3 Large tomatoes
  • 4 Spring onions, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander, handful
  • 1 tblsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tblsp Lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Method

Split the chilies and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Rinse and thinly slice. Peel the tomatoes, half and remove the seeds. Slice and lightly mix with the other ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
