Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 Fresh green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tblsp Coriander leaf, finely chopped
- 75 gm Cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
- 4 Slices of bread
- Corn oil for frying
Method
Whisk the eggs. Slowly add the milk and whisk again. Stir in the green chilies, fresh coriander, grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the bread slices in half and soak them, one at a time, in the egg mixture.
Heat the corn oil in a frying pan and fry the bread slices, in a single layer, turning them once or twice, until the are golden brown on both sides. Drain excess oil and serve hot. |
