Onion Relish

Ingredients 225 gm Onions, finely chopped 1 Fresh green chili, minced 1 tblsp Fresh mint, finely chopped 1 tblsp Fresh coriander leaf, finely chopped 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tblsp Lemon juice Method Mix all the ingredients except the salt. Mix in the salt prior to serving.
