Ingredients

  • 225 gm Smoked makerel
  • 50 gm Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Fresh green chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tblsp Coriander leaf, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tblsp Lemon juice

Method

Remove the skin and bones from the makerel and mash it with a fork. Add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
