Ingredients
- 225 gm Small new potatoes
- 1 tblsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Parsley leaf
Method
Prick the potatoes all over with a fork and place in a bowl. Add the other ingredients except the parsley and toss well. Cover and leave aside for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degC.
Place the potatoes in a single layer in a baking tin. Pour the remaining marinade over the top. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes occasionally turning and basting.
Serve hot with the parsley garnish. |
