Fried Okra with Onions PDF Print E-mail

  • 450 gm Okra
  • 3 tblsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Large onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
Method

Wash the okra and pat dry on paper towels. Cut into 10 mm pieces.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onions until soft. Add the okra and salt and gently stir fry until the okra is cooked (about 10 to 12 minutes).
