Ingredients
- 4 tblsp Vegetableoil
- 1 Large onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- Pinch of sugar
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 100 ml Water
Method
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onions until golden brown (3 to 4 minutes). Add the turmeric, chili powder, salt and sugar and stir fry for a further 3 minutes.
Add the eggs and mix until well covered with the spices. Add the water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
