Ingredients
- 450 gm Chicken, skinned and cubed
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150 ml Natural yoghurt
- 4 tblsp Lemon juice
- 1 tblsp Coriander leaf, chopped
- 1 tblsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Small onion, cut into rings to garnish
Method
Mix all the ingredients, except the oil and onion rings, in a large bowl. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Line a grill tray with aluminium foil. Lay out the chicken and brush with the oil.
Preheat the grill to medium then grill the chicken for 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked.
Garnish with the onion and some fresh coriander. |
