Ingredients

  • 700 gm Chicken breast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tblsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tblsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tblsp Finely chopped coriander leaf

Method

Wash the chicken and dry. Cut into 25 mm cubes

Add the salt to the garlic and crush to a smooth pulp.

Heat the oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add the gralic/salt and stir fry until brown. Add the chicken and stir fry for 6 to 7 minutes.

Add the corinder seed, turmeric and chili powder and stir fry for a further 3 - 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and coriander leaves.
