Ingredients
Method Wash the chicken and dry. Cut into 25 mm cubes Add the salt to the garlic and crush to a smooth pulp. Heat the oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add the gralic/salt and stir fry until brown. Add the chicken and stir fry for 6 to 7 minutes. Add the corinder seed, turmeric and chili powder and stir fry for a further 3 - 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and coriander leaves. |
