Ingredients
- 900 ml Vegetable stock
- 200 gm Cooked rice
- 225 gm Minced pork
- 1 tblsp Fish sauce
- 2 heads Pickled garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Celery stick, finely diced
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
Garnish
- 2 tblsp Peanut oil
- 4 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 4 Small red shallots, finely sliced
Method
Season the minced pork. Bring the stock to the boil in a large pan, then add the rice. Add the pork in small amounts using a teaspoon. Stir in the fish sauce and pickled garlic and simmer for ten minutes. Stir in the celery.
Garnish and serve hot.
Garnish
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and shallots. Stir fry over a low heat until brown. Drain on kitchen paper. |
