Ingredients
Method Cook the pork in just enough water to cover in a heavy flameproof casserole. When the ribs are tender (about 1 hour) add the onion and tomato and cook a few minutes longer. Blend the garlic, cumin, peppercorns and vinegar. Add to the meat along with the cabbage and sweetcorn. Stir well and season. Simmer until the cabbage is cooked.
