Ingredients
- 225 gm Pork mince
- 2 tblsp Soya sauce
- 1 tblsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- 1/2 tsp Chili paste
- 3 Fresh red chilies, small
- 4 Spring onions, chopped
- 100 gm Transparent noodles
- 3 tblsp Vegetable oil
- 100 ml Stock
Mix the pork with the soya sauce, sugar, cornflour and chili paste. Soak the noodles in warm water for 10 minutes.
Fry the chili and onions in hot oil for a few minutes. Then add the pork and stir fry until the colour changes. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan. Blend well then add the stock and cook until all the water is absorbed. Serve hot. |
