Ingredients
Mix the spice paste with thelamb and the onion. Sprinkle over the chili powder, pepper, cumin and coriander leaves. Add the egg and 2 tsp of the oil and combine well. Roll the mixture into sausage shapes and skewer. Grill the kebabs for 20 minutes turning frequently and brushing with a little oil. Remove the kebabs from the skewers and fry for about 10 minutes in the remaining oil, turning gently. |
